Construction workers have been spotted commencing their merry work on Design41, that starchitect Enrique Norten-designed building named by Curbed Miami readers, according to exMiami. The developer, Asi Cymbal, has begun foundation work, but has not yet announced a groundbreaking ceremony, and, last we heard, construction was planned to complete by May 2014.
