Asi Cymbal’s office building in Miami’s Design District is a signature project for the developer.

Designed by world-renowned architect Enrique Norten, the 27,000-square-foot office building will have space on its top for a restaurant. The building at 112-130 NE 41 St. will also have ground floor retail.

Cymbal is also seeking to build a rental project in downtown Fort Lauderdale called Marina Lofts next to where The Related Group is building the New River Yacht Club.
