Developer Asi Cymbal may have sold more than half a block of land to Craig Robins for his luxury mall project in the Design District, but he’s still got a real estate interest in the neighborhood.

Working with world-renowned architect Enrique Norten, Cymbal is developing a 27,000-square-foot office building with space on the top for a restaurant and ground-floor retail at 112-130 NE 41 St.

Cymbal is also seeking to build a rental project in downtown Fort Lauderdale called Marina Lofts next to where The Related Group is building the New River Yacht Club.
